Job Duties
- Oversees service in the Front of House
- enforces compliance with all employment policies in conjunction with all management
- oversees and approves all Front of House side work
- provides and oversees thorough training
- works during peak business times to set the pace in the Front of House
- manages through hands-on supervision including non-scheduled assistance with serving, hosting, cooking
- ensures 100% table visitation of customers to gather insights and assist in developing sales strategy
- leads by example to help develop employees and assistants
- helps to cross-train employees
- oversees scheduling of designated departments as directed
- develops promotions to drive sales and conducts alley rallies
- manages compliance with Responsible Alcohol Service training
- practices safe food handling procedures
- maintains cleanliness and safety of restaurant
- helps control guest flow
- assists with liquor inventory and ordering
- assists Local Store Marketer with building sales
- maintains restaurant culture and lives core values every day
