Job Duties

  • Oversees service in the Front of House
  • enforces compliance with all employment policies in conjunction with all management
  • oversees and approves all Front of House side work
  • provides and oversees thorough training
  • works during peak business times to set the pace in the Front of House
  • manages through hands-on supervision including non-scheduled assistance with serving, hosting, cooking
  • ensures 100% table visitation of customers to gather insights and assist in developing sales strategy
  • leads by example to help develop employees and assistants
  • helps to cross-train employees
  • oversees scheduling of designated departments as directed
  • develops promotions to drive sales and conducts alley rallies
  • manages compliance with Responsible Alcohol Service training
  • practices safe food handling procedures
  • maintains cleanliness and safety of restaurant
  • helps control guest flow
  • assists with liquor inventory and ordering
  • assists Local Store Marketer with building sales
  • maintains restaurant culture and lives core values every day
