Job Requirements
- Active and valid driver’s license and personal vehicle
- live within a 30-minute commute of the properties
- HVAC/EPA/CFC certification preferred
- one-year certificate or 2-4 years of related experience or equivalent education and experience
Job Qualifications
- Certification or equivalent education in maintenance or related field preferred
- experience in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance repair
- leadership and team management skills
- problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- excellent organizational and communication skills
- valid driver’s license
Job Duties
- Manage, develop, and mentor the team in diagnosing problems and making repairs
- provide expert knowledge and troubleshooting in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool maintenance, carpentry, drywall, exterior structure, and appliance repair
- establish and prepare a 24-hour on-call schedule and be available during emergencies
- manage and organize inventory of all maintenance materials
- establish preventive maintenance, make ready, and general work order schedules
- regularly inspect community buildings, including vacant units
- complete tasks assigned by the Service Manager
