Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to lift trays with food above shoulder level
- ability to clean and reset tables quickly
- ability to reach across tables
- ability to respond to visual and aural cues
- tolerance for secondary smoke
- ability to work in fast-paced and stressful situations
Job Qualifications
- experience in restaurant or food service environment preferred
- knowledge of cleaning and food safety standards

Job Duties
- assist in providing service to guests
- clean tables and set up and break down food service areas
- serve bread and butter, pour water, and set tables to specifications
- support and maintain Caesars Values and mission and those of the Food & Beverage department
- properly and safely carry bus tubs and trays to the dish room
- ensure proper stocking of silverware and glasses during service
- maintain cleanliness of all service stations
- keep floors in restaurant and kitchen free of debris and soil
- set tables for service in accordance with Food and Beverage standards and procedures
