Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of relevant security or law enforcement experience preferred
- Ability to maintain professionalism and exhibit strong leadership abilities
- Availability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency with computer software and office equipment
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to act as liaison with outside agencies
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Preferred 2+ years of direct security experience in a high-end resort/casino environment, law enforcement, or military
- Previous supervisory or team leader experience
- Knowledge of resort, casino, or hospitality investigations
- Proficiency with computer software including Outlook, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Manage security officers, department operations, and support staff including interviewing, hiring, scheduling, training, evaluating, enforcing policy, and administering discipline
- Plan, develop, and direct staff work assignments and station coverage
- Oversee guest and employee safety by promoting a secure environment and enforcing regulatory and company policies
- Act as liaison with outside agencies during security incidents
- Assist and coordinate onsite investigations
- Monitor and support security-related processing
- Respond to guest and employee emergencies and document incidents
