Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of relevant security or law enforcement experience preferred
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and exhibit strong leadership abilities
  • Availability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Proficiency with computer software and office equipment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to act as liaison with outside agencies

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Preferred 2+ years of direct security experience in a high-end resort/casino environment, law enforcement, or military
  • Previous supervisory or team leader experience
  • Knowledge of resort, casino, or hospitality investigations
  • Proficiency with computer software including Outlook, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Manage security officers, department operations, and support staff including interviewing, hiring, scheduling, training, evaluating, enforcing policy, and administering discipline
  • Plan, develop, and direct staff work assignments and station coverage
  • Oversee guest and employee safety by promoting a secure environment and enforcing regulatory and company policies
  • Act as liaison with outside agencies during security incidents
  • Assist and coordinate onsite investigations
  • Monitor and support security-related processing
  • Respond to guest and employee emergencies and document incidents
