Job Requirements

  • Has high school diploma or GED
  • Preferred 2+ years of indirect security experience in high-end resort, casino, law enforcement or military
  • Previous supervisory or team leader experience
  • Ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proficiency in computer software such as Outlook, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Preferred 2+ years of security experience in a high-end resort/casino, law enforcement, or military
  • Previous supervisory or team leader experience
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and demonstrate leadership skills
  • Preferred knowledge of resort, casino, or hospitality investigations
  • Proficiency in computer software including Outlook, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Manage security officers, department operations, and support staff, including interviewing, hiring, scheduling, training, evaluating, enforcing policy, administering discipline, and coaching
  • Plan, develop and direct staff work assignments and station coverage
  • Oversee guest and employee safety by promoting a safe and secure environment and enforcing state, local jurisdiction, regulatory, and company policies
  • Act as a liaison with outside agencies during security incidents
  • Assist management with onsite investigations and coordinate and supervise investigations
  • Monitor and support security-related processing
  • Ensure guest questions and concerns are addressed promptly
  • Respond to guest and employee emergencies and threats, document incidents and ensure proper escalation
