Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position
- Proficiency in English
- Must maintain an active professional real estate license where required by law
- Willingness to work early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to be reachable during off-hours
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure

Job Duties
- Assist Sales Manager with scheduling Sales Executives to meet customer flow
- Review weekly sales reports and disseminate information to the sales team
- Provide coaching and training on sales techniques to staff
- Help generate new business and attract potential owners
- Manage guest experience and respond to customer concerns
- Close sales and assist sales executives with deal finalization
- Support the presentation and ratification of contracts
- Mediate and resolve conflicts within the sales team
- Conduct performance reviews and coaching meetings
- Participate in hiring and onboarding new Sales Executives
- Monitor sales floor operations to ensure efficiency
- Provide sales materials and resources to staff
- Respond to customer questions, complaints, and concerns
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop sales strategies
