Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two or more years of full service, upscale restaurant management experience
  • Food handler’s card where applicable
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Basic accounting knowledge
  • Career commitment to the food and beverage industry

Job Duties

  • Complete a comprehensive Manager in Training program that covers all aspects of running a successful unit
  • Hire, train, manage and motivate a team to consistently deliver excellent customer service
  • Support unit success by maintaining high customer satisfaction and compliance with company policies
  • Monitor productivity and manage costs effectively to maximize profitability
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations including food handling requirements
  • Serve as a leader and mentor to staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment
