Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two or more years of full service, upscale restaurant management experience
- Food handler’s card where applicable
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Career commitment to the food and beverage industry

Job Duties
- Complete a comprehensive Manager in Training program that covers all aspects of running a successful unit
- Hire, train, manage and motivate a team to consistently deliver excellent customer service
- Support unit success by maintaining high customer satisfaction and compliance with company policies
- Monitor productivity and manage costs effectively to maximize profitability
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations including food handling requirements
- Serve as a leader and mentor to staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment
