Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in upscale restaurant management
- Valid food handler's card where applicable
- Strong communication skills
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Complete a comprehensive Manager in Training program that covers all the ins and outs of running a successful unit
- Hire, train, manage and motivate a crew of professionals to consistently serve up amazing customer service
- Support the success of your unit by keeping customers happy, complying with company procedures and keeping productivity up and costs down
- Monitor employee performance and provide coaching and feedback
- Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations
- Manage scheduling and labor costs effectively
- Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed
