Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience
- Experience managing both front-of-house and back-of-house operations
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work morning shifts and weekends
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Clear communicator both verbally and in writing

- 2 to 3 years of restaurant management experience
- Prior front-of-house and back-of-house management experience
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to manage high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environments

Job Duties
- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations
- Manage front-of-house and back-of-house teams
- Ensure high-quality dining experiences for guests
- Serve as primary leadership in the absence of the General Manager
- Develop and mentor staff to reach their full potential
- Maintain clear and effective communication within the team
- Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards
