Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience
  • Experience managing both front-of-house and back-of-house operations
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work morning shifts and weekends
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Clear communicator both verbally and in writing

Job Qualifications

  • 2 to 3 years of restaurant management experience
  • Prior front-of-house and back-of-house management experience
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environments
  • Passion for hospitality and career growth
  • Ability to lead and inspire a diverse team

Job Duties

  • Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations
  • Manage front-of-house and back-of-house teams
  • Ensure high-quality dining experiences for guests
  • Serve as primary leadership in the absence of the General Manager
  • Develop and mentor staff to reach their full potential
  • Maintain clear and effective communication within the team
  • Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards
