Job Requirements
- Two plus years previous experience as a supervisory or assistant manager position in food and beverage
- previous experience in hotel and fine dining preferred
- ability to operate computer equipment and knowledge of Open Table and Microsoft applications
- previous experience with MICROS or other POS systems
- strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- elevated leadership skills and cross-cultural sensitivity
- customer service orientation
- guest centricity and understanding guest preferences
- fluency in English
- current work authorization in the United States

Job Duties
- Be present at all times of high occupancy to ensure professional, courteous and efficient guest service is offered following the standards and sequence of service
- establish and maintain adequate equipment and product par stock
- handle guest service enhancements and glitch resolution in case of guest complaints or negative comments and ensure full closure of this to the guest's satisfaction
- stay current with food and beverage offerings and collaborate with general manager on VIP experiences, enhancements and pop-ups
- perform pre-shifts to ensure each employee has professional personal appearance and warm, sincere posture
- responsible for staff communication, training, coaching, documenting training, disciplinary records and absenteeism and periodically evaluating performance
- manage all daily activities as well as assist in development and planning for future events in the outlet
