Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in hotel or restaurant management desirable
- 5-7 years of experience in full-service restaurant
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs and perform physical tasks like standing, bending, reaching, climbing, walking
- Standing for long periods and working in varying temperature environments
- Obtain and maintain current Serve Safe Food Manager’s Certification within six months of hire or promotion
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and essential operational software
- Ability to work flexible shifts in a 7-day, 365-day year team environment
Job Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in a full-service restaurant
- Serve Safe Food Manager's Certification within six months of hire or promotion
- Bachelor of Science degree in hotel or restaurant management preferred or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in food planning, purchasing, sanitation, security, personnel management, recordkeeping, and reporting
- Ability to work various shifts in a team-oriented 7/365 environment
- Proficiency in reading, writing, Microsoft Office Suite, and mathematics
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
