Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree in hotel or restaurant management desirable
  • 5-7 years of experience in full-service restaurant
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs and perform physical tasks like standing, bending, reaching, climbing, walking
  • Standing for long periods and working in varying temperature environments
  • Obtain and maintain current Serve Safe Food Manager’s Certification within six months of hire or promotion
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and essential operational software
  • Ability to work flexible shifts in a 7-day, 365-day year team environment

Job Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience in a full-service restaurant
  • Serve Safe Food Manager's Certification within six months of hire or promotion
  • Bachelor of Science degree in hotel or restaurant management preferred or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in food planning, purchasing, sanitation, security, personnel management, recordkeeping, and reporting
  • Ability to work various shifts in a team-oriented 7/365 environment
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, Microsoft Office Suite, and mathematics
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
