Job Requirements
- Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs
- Ability to perform essential job functions such as standing, bending, reaching, gripping, climbing on a ladder, and walking long distances
- Standing for long periods and ability to work in environments with varying temperatures
- Commitment to work various shifts as determined by business needs
- Passion for guest service
- Willingness to promote and support a positive work environment
- Ability to maintain professional standards including cleanliness and grooming
Job Qualifications
- 5-7 years of restaurant management experience
- Obtain and maintain current ServSafe Food Manager’s Certification within six months of hire/promotion
- Bachelor of Science degree in hotel/restaurant management desirable
- Proficient in food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation, security, company policies and procedures, personnel management, recordkeeping, and report preparation
- Proficient in reading, writing, Microsoft Office, and mathematics
- Must agree to work various shifts in a 7/365 team-oriented environment
Job Duties
- Work as a visible presence, available to team members, guests, and airport partners
- Monitor the performance of the team and operational systems, making necessary adjustments
- Maintain a professional restaurant image including cleanliness, food quality, presentation, and grooming standards
- Ensure positive guest service in all areas, investigating and resolving complaints within 24 hours
- Drive top line sales and profitability
- Adapt and adjust to fast-moving, ever-changing circumstances, utilizing problem-solving skills and resourcefulness
- Promote and drive an engaged workforce, career development, and learning
