Job Requirements

  • Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs
  • Ability to perform essential job functions such as standing, bending, reaching, gripping, climbing on a ladder, and walking long distances
  • Standing for long periods and ability to work in environments with varying temperatures
  • Commitment to work various shifts as determined by business needs
  • Passion for guest service
  • Willingness to promote and support a positive work environment
  • Ability to maintain professional standards including cleanliness and grooming

Job Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of restaurant management experience
  • Obtain and maintain current ServSafe Food Manager’s Certification within six months of hire/promotion
  • Bachelor of Science degree in hotel/restaurant management desirable
  • Proficient in food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation, security, company policies and procedures, personnel management, recordkeeping, and report preparation
  • Proficient in reading, writing, Microsoft Office, and mathematics
  • Must agree to work various shifts in a 7/365 team-oriented environment

Job Duties

  • Work as a visible presence, available to team members, guests, and airport partners
  • Monitor the performance of the team and operational systems, making necessary adjustments
  • Maintain a professional restaurant image including cleanliness, food quality, presentation, and grooming standards
  • Ensure positive guest service in all areas, investigating and resolving complaints within 24 hours
  • Drive top line sales and profitability
  • Adapt and adjust to fast-moving, ever-changing circumstances, utilizing problem-solving skills and resourcefulness
  • Promote and drive an engaged workforce, career development, and learning
