Job Duties
- Complete a comprehensive Manager in Training program covering all unit operations
- Hire, train, manage, and motivate a team to deliver excellent customer service
- Support unit success by ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with company procedures
- Maintain productivity and manage operating costs effectively
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations including food handling requirements
- Foster a team environment that encourages career growth and development
- Monitor inventory and assist with budgeting and basic accounting tasks
