Job Requirements
- College degree specializing in hotel or restaurant management or equivalent
- 1-2 years prior experience in a supervisory or assistant manager position in food and beverage
- Strong guest engagement and leadership skills
- Knowledge of international wines, spirits, and beers
- Ability to manage inventory controls
- Familiarity with restaurant systems such as Micros, Hotsos, Avero, Opentable preferred
- Capability to drive innovative mixology programs

Job Duties
- Develop strong guest rapport and ensure consistent high guest comment card scores
- Demonstrate five star and five diamond service excellence and leadership on the restaurant floor
- Maintain compliance with service standards and attention to detail
- Manage inventory controls including knowledge of international wines, spirits, and beers
- Drive an innovative mixology program with a strong bar background
- Lead daily restaurant operations to deliver a unique and memorable guest experience
