Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant management
  • Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills

Job Duties

  • Assist in managing restaurant operations including guest service standards, product quality, cost controls, and marketing initiatives
  • Support team member performance through supervision, counseling, evaluations, and recognition
  • Monitor and assess product quality, service, and guest satisfaction trends to implement improvements
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards
  • Initiate and implement marketing and up-selling techniques to maximize revenue
  • Participate in recruiting, interviewing, and training new team members
  • Act in the absence of the restaurant manager as needed
