Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in food and beverage management or related hospitality field
  • Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in relevant management systems and software
  • Ability to handle fast-paced environment and solve problems effectively

  • Previous experience in restaurant or hotel food and beverage management
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol regulations
  • Ability to analyze financial reports and manage budgets

  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Assist in the management of operations including guest service standards and initiatives, product quality, cost controls, profitability, marketing, systems management, budgeting, policy enforcement and meeting facilitation
  • Assist in monitoring and developing team member performance including supervision, counseling, evaluations, and recognition
  • Assist in assessing product quality, service, and customer satisfaction trends and implement improvements
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards
  • Assist in initiating and implementing marketing and up-selling techniques to maximize revenue
  • Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and training team members
  • Act in the absence of the manager as needed
