Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in food and beverage management or related hospitality field
- Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in relevant management systems and software
- Ability to handle fast-paced environment and solve problems effectively
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in restaurant or hotel food and beverage management
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol regulations
- Ability to analyze financial reports and manage budgets
- Customer-focused with a commitment to quality service
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Assist in the management of operations including guest service standards and initiatives, product quality, cost controls, profitability, marketing, systems management, budgeting, policy enforcement and meeting facilitation
- Assist in monitoring and developing team member performance including supervision, counseling, evaluations, and recognition
- Assist in assessing product quality, service, and customer satisfaction trends and implement improvements
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards
- Assist in initiating and implementing marketing and up-selling techniques to maximize revenue
- Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and training team members
- Act in the absence of the manager as needed
