Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a supervisory or management role within restaurant or hospitality industry
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient with computer systems including point of sale
- Ability to obtain ServSafe and Food Safety Handler certifications
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Commitment to high standards of service and guest satisfaction
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a supervisory or management role in the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations and guest service standards
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards, health regulations, and safety procedures
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Proficient computer skills including Word, Outlook, Excel, and point of sale systems
- Ability to obtain ServSafe, Food Safety Handler, and Training for Intervention Procedures certifications
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, holidays, weekends, and events
Job Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations including opening and closing procedures
- Maintain positive guest relations and uphold high standards of service for exceptional guest satisfaction
- Support the Restaurant General Manager in training, motivating, and developing team members
- Assist with administrative tasks such as ordering, inventory management, scheduling, payroll, and point of sale systems
- Monitor and enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards in compliance with regulations
