Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a supervisory or management role within restaurant or hospitality industry
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service standards
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficient with computer systems including point of sale
  • Ability to obtain ServSafe and Food Safety Handler certifications
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
  • Commitment to high standards of service and guest satisfaction

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a supervisory or management role in the restaurant or hospitality industry
  • Strong understanding of restaurant operations and guest service standards
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service standards, health regulations, and safety procedures
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Proficient computer skills including Word, Outlook, Excel, and point of sale systems
  • Ability to obtain ServSafe, Food Safety Handler, and Training for Intervention Procedures certifications
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, holidays, weekends, and events

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations including opening and closing procedures
  • Maintain positive guest relations and uphold high standards of service for exceptional guest satisfaction
  • Support the Restaurant General Manager in training, motivating, and developing team members
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as ordering, inventory management, scheduling, payroll, and point of sale systems
  • Monitor and enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards in compliance with regulations
