Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the restaurant or hospitality industry
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service standards health regulations and safety procedures
  • Strong communication organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient computer skills including Word Outlook Excel and point of sale systems
  • Ability to obtain ServSafe Food Safety Handler and Training for Intervention Procedures certifications
  • Capacity to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business levels

Job Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of restaurant operations and guest service standards
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service standards health regulations and safety procedures
  • Strong communication organizational and time management skills

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations including opening and closing procedures
  • Maintain positive guest relations and uphold high standards of service to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction
  • Support the Restaurant General Manager in training motivating and developing team members to maintain high performance and professionalism
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as ordering and inventory and oversee scheduling payroll and point of sale systems
  • Monitor and enforce health safety and sanitation standards in compliance with regulations
