Job Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Minimum two years supervisory experience in restaurants or banquets
  • Food Service Sanitation certification
  • Alcohol Service permit if state required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexible schedule

Job Qualifications

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Four year college degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management preferred
  • At least two years experience in related field required
  • Food Service Sanitation certification required
  • Alcohol Service permit if state required
  • CPR certification preferred
  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills
  • Positive attitude and guest service focus

Job Duties

  • Assist in management of operations including guest service standards, product quality, cost controls, marketing initiatives, budgeting and forecasting
  • Assist in monitoring and developing team member performance including supervision, counselling, evaluations and recognition
  • Monitor and assess product quality, service and satisfaction trends and implement improvements
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
  • Assist in initiating marketing and up-selling techniques to promote food and beverage services
  • Assist in recruiting, interviewing and training team members
  • Act in absence of the manager as needed
