Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2-3 years experience in a supervisory or management role within the restaurant or hospitality industry
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service standards, health regulations, and safety procedures
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Proficient computer skills including Word, Outlook, Excel, and point of sale systems
  • Ability to obtain ServSafe, Food Safety Handler, and Training for Intervention Procedures certifications
  • Capacity to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business levels

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations including opening and closing procedures
  • Maintain positive guest relations and uphold high standards of service to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction
  • Support the Restaurant General Manager in training, motivating, and developing team members to maintain professional performance
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as ordering, inventory management, scheduling, payroll, and point of sale system oversight
  • Monitor and enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards in compliance with regulations
