Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- 3-5 years of high-volume restaurant supervision or management experience

- working knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits
- strong organizational and time-management skills
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- experience using POS systems
- proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

Job Duties
- Assist in operating the restaurant in accordance with the Resort’s mission statement, support the Restaurant Manager in monitoring daily operations for compliance with Food & Beverage standards and regulations, assist with reviewing financial reports and labor metrics to improve performance, ensure prompt and courteous guest service, assist in staffing including interviewing and onboarding new Team Members, supervise and coach Team Members to meet service standards, prepare work schedules and daily coverage, participate in performance evaluations and disciplinary actions, circulate throughout the restaurant to coordinate activities and maintain high service quality, monitor cleanliness and safety compliance, greet guests and resolve concerns, collaborate with food shift supervisors and culinary teams, enforce company policies and procedures, proficiently operate POS and inventory systems, assist with maintenance coordination, maintain accurate documentation and reporting, support cost control through scheduling and inventory management, promote revenue growth via training and upselling, contribute ideas for operational improvements, perform other duties as assigned
