Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years restaurant manager experience in a full-service w/bar restaurant environment required
- minimum 1 year kitchen manager experience in a professional restaurant or production kitchen preferred

Job Duties
- Train, develop and communicate with team of Food Travel Experts in front of house and back of house
- implement and maintain guest service standards and/or brand specifications
- maintain all merchandising standards, display presentations and signing standards and monitor inventory levels
- develop, plan and assign daily goals, tasks and Team Member assignments
- manage, supervise and evaluate Team Member performance through follow-up to ensure proper completion of assigned tasks and goals and provide feedback including disciplinary action
- maintain adherence to all company policies and procedures, as well as state health/sanitation standards
