Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years restaurant manager experience in a full-service w/bar restaurant environment required
  • minimum 1 year kitchen manager experience in a professional restaurant or production kitchen preferred

  • Minimum 2 years restaurant manager experience in a full-service w/bar restaurant environment
  • minimum 1 year kitchen manager experience in a professional restaurant or production kitchen preferred
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • proven ability to maintain high standards of guest service
  • knowledge of inventory and merchandising management
  • ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Job Duties

  • Train, develop and communicate with team of Food Travel Experts in front of house and back of house
  • implement and maintain guest service standards and/or brand specifications
  • maintain all merchandising standards, display presentations and signing standards and monitor inventory levels
  • develop, plan and assign daily goals, tasks and Team Member assignments
  • manage, supervise and evaluate Team Member performance through follow-up to ensure proper completion of assigned tasks and goals and provide feedback including disciplinary action
  • maintain adherence to all company policies and procedures, as well as state health/sanitation standards
