Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in food service management, preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
- Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation requirements
- Proven leadership and staff development experience
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to handle responsibilities involving the management of alcohol
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to use basic office and sales reporting software

Job Duties
- Manage all front of house and kitchen activities
- Focus on the food by ensuring food quality, recipe adherence and portion control
- Optimize food and labor costs to maximize profitability
- Lead, recruit, train and develop the Smashburger team
- Maintain adherence to company policies and health/sanitation standards
- Maintain merchandising, display, and inventory standards
- Manage funds, inventory, purchasing, scheduling and payroll
- Assist in forecasting and budgeting through sales performance analysis
- Address routine operational issues and escalate complex problems
- Handle the responsible management of alcohol
