Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of restaurant management experience in full-service or high-volume dining
  • 1+ year of back-of-house or kitchen leadership preferred
  • Knowledge of food safety standards such as HACCP or ServSafe
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings, evenings, and weekends

  • Maintain strong food quality, presentation, and cleanliness standards
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls
  • Oversee cash handling and ensure accurate reporting
  • Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally
  • Support a positive team culture focused on accountability and performance
