Job Requirements

  • minimum 2 years in restaurant/food service leadership
  • minimum 1 year in full-service restaurant with bar management required
  • experience in a management/supervisory capacity with 1 year of bar management experience
  • proficient level of computer literacy including MS Office and POS systems
  • effective organizational maturity to prioritize daily, weekly, monthly and yearly activities
  • ability to interact at all levels including executives, union representatives and diverse hourly team members
  • proven track record of resolving uncomfortable situations with clients, customers, peers and direct reports
  • high school diploma or equivalent, associate's degree or equivalent coursework preferred

Job Qualifications
