Job Requirements
- Must already be legally permitted to work in the United States
- prior experience in upscale restaurant management
- ability to work irregular hours, weekends, and evenings
- strong communication skills in English
- attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- knowledge of food and beverage operations, cost and labor control
- commitment to uphold company policies and standards
Job Qualifications
- Passion for service with strong knowledge and prior experience in upscale food and beverage
- two to three years previous management experience in food and beverage outlets
- working knowledge of division operations and Four Seasons cultural and core standards
- attention to detail and ability to multitask
- high level of creativity
- ability to work irregular hours, including weekends and evenings
- knowledge of food and beverage service, cost control, labor control, maintenance, merchandising, and accounting
- proficiency in reading, writing, and oral English
Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure a seamless guest experience
- supervise and train restaurant staff to maintain high service standards
- collaborate with the culinary team to coordinate service and menu execution
- oversee cost control measures including labor, food, and beverage expenses
- maintain compliance with Four Seasons’ policies, standards, and operational procedures
- handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly to enhance satisfaction
- support management in scheduling and administrative tasks
