Job Requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Two to three years management experience in upscale food and beverage establishments
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Proficiency in English language
- Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to uphold Four Seasons service standards and values
Job Qualifications
- Passion for service with strong knowledge and prior experience in food and beverage in an upscale restaurant
- Two to three years previous management experience in food and beverage outlets
- Working knowledge of division operations and Four Seasons cultural and core standards, policies, and standard operating procedures
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- High level of creativity
- Ability to work irregular hours, weekends, and evenings
- Knowledge of food and beverage service, cost control, labor control, maintenance, merchandising, and accounting
- Proficiency in reading, writing and oral English
Job Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth functioning
- Assist in managing staff schedules, training, and performance
- Maintain high standards of guest service and hospitality
- Monitor food and beverage quality to meet brand regulations
- Implement cost control measures and monitor labor expenses
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to optimize service delivery
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently
