Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • Minimum 1 to 3 years of restaurant leadership experience
  • Strong guest service orientation
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, high-volume setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Food Manager Certification required

Job Duties

  • Support daily operations of Aleteo Rooftop Restaurant including service flow, staffing, and floor coverage
  • Provide active floor leadership during service periods
  • Ensure service standards, timing, and presentation are consistently executed
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing dining and bar environment
  • Engage with guests to deliver welcoming, energetic, and memorable rooftop dining experiences
  • Assist in resolving guest concerns promptly and professionally
  • Monitor guest feedback and support service improvements
  • Represent the restaurant brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Support training and development of front of house team members
  • Reinforce service standards, professionalism, and teamwork
  • Assist with onboarding and coaching of new team members
  • Lead by example during peak service periods
  • Support cocktail, wine, and beverage service standards in collaboration with beverage leadership
  • Ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with policies
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures and shift execution
  • Support labor management and scheduling needs
  • Assist with inventory controls and cost awareness
  • Support upselling initiatives and revenue opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations
  • Follow all company policies and brand standards
  • Support inspections and cleanliness standards
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Restaurants and Senior Management
  • Maintain a flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
