Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 2 years management or supervisory experience in restaurant or food service
  • full-service dining with bar management experience
  • proficiency in computer literacy including MS Office and POS systems
  • ability to interact effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • commitment to food safety and quality standards

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • associate's degree or equivalent coursework preferred
  • minimum 2 years in restaurant or food service in a management or supervisory capacity
  • full-service dining with bar management experience required
  • culinary background desirable
  • proficient level of computer literacy including MS Office and POS systems
  • effective organizational skills to prioritize tasks
  • ability to interact at all levels including executives and union representatives
  • proven track record of resolving difficult situations
