Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2 years management or supervisory experience in restaurant or food service
- full-service dining with bar management experience
- proficiency in computer literacy including MS Office and POS systems
- ability to interact effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
- strong problem-solving and communication skills
- commitment to food safety and quality standards
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- associate's degree or equivalent coursework preferred
- minimum 2 years in restaurant or food service in a management or supervisory capacity
- full-service dining with bar management experience required
- culinary background desirable
- proficient level of computer literacy including MS Office and POS systems
- effective organizational skills to prioritize tasks
- ability to interact at all levels including executives and union representatives
- proven track record of resolving difficult situations
