Job Requirements

  • Experience as restaurant assistant manager, general manager, supervisor, shift lead, crew lead, or team lead
  • 2 years’ experience in high-volume restaurant environment
  • ability to work in fast-paced dynamic environment
  • capability to work under stress
  • passion for food
  • knowledge of FOH and BOH operations
  • possess or willingness to obtain Food Handler's card
  • possess or willingness to obtain Alcohol Server Training Permit
  • at least 21 years of age
  • ability to stand 8-hour shifts
  • ability to lift 50 pounds
  • ability to bend, reach, stoop and move quickly
  • finger and hand dexterity
  • ability to withstand temperature changes and work in confined areas
  • availability for evenings and weekends
  • flexible schedule

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience as restaurant assistant manager, general manager, supervisor, shift lead, crew lead, or team lead
  • 2 years experience in a high-volume restaurant environment
  • high energy and proactive attitude
  • ability to work in a diverse team and under stress
  • strong attention to detail
  • passion for food
  • good understanding of FOH and BOH operations
  • ability to obtain Food Handler's card and Alcohol Server Training Permit within 7 days of hire
  • must be at least 21 years of age
  • ability to stand for 8-hour shifts
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • ability to bend, reach, stoop, and move quickly
  • dexterity to operate kitchen machinery and knives
  • ability to withstand temperature changes, smoke, steam, and heat
  • availability to work evenings and weekends
  • flexible schedule to fill in shifts

Job Duties

  • Demonstrate and uphold company core values
  • be on-call for team member call-outs and provide appropriate coverage
  • manage both FOH and BOH operations focusing on profitability, safety, sanitation, and sales growth
  • ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and company policies during shifts
  • anticipate and resolve problems with corrective action
  • provide timely performance feedback to team members
  • deliver proper training and ensure compliance with company standards
  • foster a positive work environment through communication and teamwork
  • reinforce a customer service mindset across the team
  • respond promptly and professionally to guest complaints
  • coordinate with shift leaders to resolve issues in absence of the Restaurant Manager
  • monitor food quality and customer service consistency
  • perform all FOH and BOH roles as needed
  • maintain clean and organized FOH
  • perform inventory tasks assigned by the Restaurant Manager
  • other duties as assigned
