Job Requirements

  • Restaurant supervisory experience for at least 3 years
  • High school diploma required
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights
  • Proficiency in Micros and Outlook or similar technology systems
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of food safety standards
  • Physical ability to stand and move for extended periods

Job Qualifications

  • Restaurant supervisory experience (3 years plus, credit for college internships applies)
  • High school diploma (college degree a plus)
  • Strong understanding of restaurant service standards
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, including team building, coaching, interviewing, and scheduling
  • Ability to learn forecasting, inventory management, and ordering processes
  • Proficiency with technology systems (Micros, Outlook, etc.)
  • Wine and liquor knowledge
  • Exceptional guest service and hospitality mindset
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

Job Duties

  • Oversee restaurant, bar, and in-room dining operations during assigned shifts
  • Lead, motivate, and support front-of-house team members to deliver exceptional guest service
  • Ensure adherence to restaurant service standards and brand expectations
  • Address and resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally
  • Assist with staff scheduling, training, and coaching
  • Support hiring and team development initiatives
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and food safety
  • Assist with inventory management, forecasting, and ordering
  • Collaborate with kitchen and hotel leadership to ensure smooth operations
