Job Requirements
- Restaurant supervisory experience for at least 3 years
- High school diploma required
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights
- Proficiency in Micros and Outlook or similar technology systems
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food safety standards
- Physical ability to stand and move for extended periods
Job Qualifications
- Restaurant supervisory experience (3 years plus, credit for college internships applies)
- High school diploma (college degree a plus)
- Strong understanding of restaurant service standards
- Demonstrated leadership skills, including team building, coaching, interviewing, and scheduling
- Ability to learn forecasting, inventory management, and ordering processes
- Proficiency with technology systems (Micros, Outlook, etc.)
- Wine and liquor knowledge
- Exceptional guest service and hospitality mindset
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Job Duties
- Oversee restaurant, bar, and in-room dining operations during assigned shifts
- Lead, motivate, and support front-of-house team members to deliver exceptional guest service
- Ensure adherence to restaurant service standards and brand expectations
- Address and resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally
- Assist with staff scheduling, training, and coaching
- Support hiring and team development initiatives
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and food safety
- Assist with inventory management, forecasting, and ordering
- Collaborate with kitchen and hotel leadership to ensure smooth operations
