Job Requirements
- Prior restaurant and management experience
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and other relevant technology
- Understanding of health and safety regulations in a restaurant setting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations
- Ability to lift on average between 20 and 40 lbs
- Ability to work in a high-temperature kitchen for an extended period of time
- Ability to stand and remain on feet for extended periods
- Ability to take direction from management and delegate responsibilities as needed or directed
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and make good decisions in real-time
- Able to work a minimum of 30 hours per week including nights, weekends, and holidays as required
- Access to a vehicle to drive between locations as needed
- Must have and maintain a valid California driver’s license and current auto insurance coverage as required by state law
Job Qualifications
- Prior restaurant management experience

- Strong leadership and delegation skills
- Valid California driver’s license and current auto insurance coverage
Job Duties
- Report directly to management and oversee the restaurant in the absence of the General/Area Manager onsite
- Identify and delegate responsibilities to onsite staff to ensure objectives are met and excellent service is consistently achieved
- Solely responsible for creation and adjustment of the Front of House schedule
- Assist with the creation and/or adjustment of the Back of House schedule
- Adjust staffing in real-time based on demand
- Delegate and assign appropriate duties to employees as needed
- Help ensure employees are properly taking meal and rest breaks in accordance with company policy and timely reporting any noncompliance to management
