Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 2 years experience in restaurant or food service management
  • proficiency in full-service restaurant management including bar experience
  • proficiency in MS Office and POS systems
  • valid food handlers’ card and relevant safety certifications
  • strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse teams
  • proven conflict resolution skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • associate's degree or relevant coursework preferred
  • minimum 2 years experience in restaurant or food service management
  • proficiency in full-service restaurant management including bar experience
  • skilled in using MS Office and POS systems
  • valid food handlers’ card and relevant safety certifications
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven conflict resolution abilities

Job Duties

  • Oversee front and back of house operations
  • ensure food quality and safety by maintaining recipe adherence and portion control
  • control costs by managing food and labor expenses
  • lead and develop the team by recruiting, training, and guiding staff
  • maintain systems and standards including compliance with policies and health regulations
  • manage merchandising by overseeing inventory and display standards
  • perform office management duties such as funds management, inventory, purchasing, scheduling, and payroll
  • assist in forecasting and budgeting by monitoring sales performance
  • resolve and escalate problems as needed
