Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2 years experience in restaurant or food service management
- proficiency in full-service restaurant management including bar experience
- proficiency in MS Office and POS systems
- valid food handlers’ card and relevant safety certifications
- strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse teams
- proven conflict resolution skills

- High school diploma or equivalent
- associate's degree or relevant coursework preferred
- minimum 2 years experience in restaurant or food service management
- proficiency in full-service restaurant management including bar experience
- skilled in using MS Office and POS systems
- valid food handlers’ card and relevant safety certifications
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven conflict resolution abilities
Job Duties
- Oversee front and back of house operations
- ensure food quality and safety by maintaining recipe adherence and portion control
- control costs by managing food and labor expenses
- lead and develop the team by recruiting, training, and guiding staff
- maintain systems and standards including compliance with policies and health regulations
- manage merchandising by overseeing inventory and display standards
- perform office management duties such as funds management, inventory, purchasing, scheduling, and payroll
- assist in forecasting and budgeting by monitoring sales performance
- resolve and escalate problems as needed
