  • Experience with food safety and quality controls
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with additional hospitality or management training preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Run the floor or kitchen creating a positive employee and guest experience
  • Interview, hire, train, develop and coach your team
  • Perform administrative activities like inventory management, completing FOH and BOH orders, and monitoring the safe
  • Ensure food safety, quality, and presentation standards are maintained while conducting line checks
  • Support kitchen, bar, and dining room operations during peak hours
  • Handle guest concerns effectively and maintain high customer satisfaction levels
  • Collaborate with management to implement performance-based initiatives and staff development programs
