- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Run the floor or kitchen creating a positive employee and guest experience
- Interview, hire, train, develop and coach your team
- Perform administrative activities like inventory management, completing FOH and BOH orders, and monitoring the safe
- Ensure food safety, quality, and presentation standards are maintained while conducting line checks
- Support kitchen, bar, and dining room operations during peak hours
- Handle guest concerns effectively and maintain high customer satisfaction levels
- Collaborate with management to implement performance-based initiatives and staff development programs
