Job Requirements

  • Must be at least eighteen years of age
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and 15 pounds frequently
  • capable of carrying boxes weighing up to 60 pounds
  • consistent attendance and punctuality
  • ability to stand for long periods
  • effective communication skills
  • willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations and work multiple stations
  • comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous restaurant management experience preferred
  • strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • excellent customer service skills
  • proficiency in scheduling and inventory management
  • familiarity with safety and sanitation regulations
  • effective communication and problem-solving abilities
  • willing to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Oversee guest services and resolve issues
  • food order and chicken order management
  • training and coaching team members
  • running a daily shift
  • forecasting and crew scheduling
  • adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
  • supervise product production
  • unload and stock inventory items as needed
  • ensure prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts
  • act with integrity and honesty while promoting company culture
  • handle product preparation
  • consistently operate registers
  • manage multiple stations
  • maintain positive and professional interactions with guests and coworkers
