Job Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen years of age
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and 15 pounds frequently
- capable of carrying boxes weighing up to 60 pounds
- consistent attendance and punctuality
- ability to stand for long periods

- willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations and work multiple stations

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous restaurant management experience preferred
- strong leadership and interpersonal skills

- proficiency in scheduling and inventory management
- familiarity with safety and sanitation regulations

- willing to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Oversee guest services and resolve issues
- food order and chicken order management
- training and coaching team members
- running a daily shift
- forecasting and crew scheduling
- adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
- supervise product production
- unload and stock inventory items as needed
- ensure prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts
- act with integrity and honesty while promoting company culture
- handle product preparation
- consistently operate registers
- manage multiple stations
- maintain positive and professional interactions with guests and coworkers
