Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior leadership experience in a customer service environment
- certified in all workstations
- ServSafe certified
- ability to perform basic math operations
- excellent communication skills in English
- valid driver’s license and insurance
- ability to stand and walk for most of the shift
- ability to lift 10-65 lbs
- ability to operate restaurant equipment and computer
- availability to travel between locations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma, G.E.D or equivalent
- associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- minimum 1 year experience as Shift Leader or 1 year as Assistant Manager (internal promote)
- minimum 3 years experience as Assistant Manager with some P&L responsibility (external recruit)
- at least 18 years old
- completion of Assistant Manager training
- ServSafe certification
- ability to speak, read, and write English effectively
- excellent interpersonal skills
- basic math skills
- proven analytical and organizational skills
- valid driver’s license and insurance
- experience using personal vehicle for business tasks
- integrity and ethical behavior
Job Duties
- Recruits, selects, trains, develops, and evaluates restaurant employees
- monitors staffing levels and implements training systems
- maintains a friendly, fun, clean, and safe work environment
- manages daily restaurant operations and guest service excellence
- responds to and resolves guest complaints professionally
- analyzes operational and financial performance reports
- develops and executes action plans to increase sales and profitability
