Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience in food and beverage management or related field
  • No college degree required
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation and inventory control procedures
  • Understanding of food and beverage equipment operation
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Basic organizational and mathematical skills

  • Strong knowledge of food preparation and inventory control procedures with an understanding of standard food and beverage equipment operation
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Basic organizational and mathematical abilities

Job Duties

  • Supervise and coordinate all aspects of restaurant and banquet event operations including the lobby restaurant bar and specialty dining outlets
  • Lead train and motivate team members to provide exceptional service and maintain a positive work environment
  • Manage scheduling cost controls inventory and operational reporting
  • Ensure compliance with health safety and sanitation standards
  • Oversee equipment maintenance and ensure all areas are operating efficiently
  • Collaborate with other departments to execute successful events and enhance the overall guest experience
