Job Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and up to 15 pounds frequently
- ability to carry products/boxes weighing up to 60 pounds
- consistent operation of registers
- ability to kneel, stoop, and follow proper lifting procedures
- consistent standing during serving customers and training
- integrity and honesty

- prompt and regular attendance
Job Qualifications
- Experience in restaurant management or similar role
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations and work multiple stations
- ability to interact positively and professionally with guests and coworkers
- knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations
- high school diploma or equivalent
Job Duties
- Oversee guest services and resolve issues
- food order and chicken order
- training and coaching team members
- running a daily shift
- forecasting, crew schedule
- adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
- supervise product production
- unload and stock inventory items as needed
- prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts
- act with integrity and honesty, and promote the culture of High Noon Popeyes
