Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in food and beverage service or management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Provide guests and patrons with friendly and professional service
  • Ensure excellent food quality and consistency of execution
  • Deliver meals in a timely fashion with attention to plating, portion, and temperature
  • Develop cost savings and labor retention strategies
  • Train staff in service sequence and product knowledge
  • Lead service education and training programs
  • Evaluate restaurant service performance daily
  • Conduct employee discussions and evaluations
  • Coordinate timely food production
  • Collaborate with the Chef to ensure quality and presentation of food
  • Manage selection and pricing strategy of liquors and wines
  • Assist in creating financial objectives and budgeting
  • Execute and enhance annual marketing plans
  • Supervise non-supervisory service employees
  • Train employees on customer service practices
  • Carry out supervisory responsibilities according to policies and laws
