Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent restaurant management experience
  • Communication in English required, Spanish comprehension helpful
  • Previous fast food management experience required
  • Knowledge of Food & Beverage performance metrics, product specifications, and management systems
  • Technically proficient in food preparation, production, and delivery
  • Ability to lead by example and remain calm in challenging situations
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations and work multiple stations
  • Ability to display positive attitude and genuine desire to serve
  • Ability to treat others with respect and care
  • Strong communication skills including verbal communication in Spanish and/or English
  • Self-motivated and action-oriented
  • Willing to admit mistakes, take accountability, and fix issues
  • Dependable with prompt and regular attendance
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must be available to work various days and times including weekends, evenings, and holidays
  • Physical ability to lift, move, carry, and stack up to 50 pounds
  • Stand for long periods
  • Frequent bending, wiping, sweeping, mopping
  • Exposure to varying temperatures and potential hazards

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent restaurant management experience
  • Previous fast food management experience
  • Knowledge of food and beverage performance metrics, product specifications, and management systems
  • Technical proficiency in food preparation, production, and delivery
  • Detailed knowledge of key food handling and food safety procedures
  • Strong leadership skills including remaining calm and professional in challenging situations
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Ability to work multiple stations and willing to learn all operations
  • Positive attitude and genuine desire to serve others
  • Strong communication skills in English, Spanish comprehension helpful
  • Self-motivated and action-oriented
  • Embraces learning and accountability
  • Dependable with prompt and regular attendance

Job Duties
