Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality
- ability to perform all responsibilities of restaurant team members
- strong communication skills

- physical ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive motions
- basic computer literacy
- fluency in English
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Perform all responsibilities of restaurant team members
- lead team meetings with the Restaurant Manager
- oversee brand training programs, schedule, train, validate, certify team and shift lead staff
- ensure brand standards, recipes and systems are executed
- create and maintain a guest focused culture
- review guest feedback results and implement action plans
- communicate restaurant priorities, goals and results to team members
- execute new product rollouts with training, marketing, and sampling
- set up point of purchase displays per brand standards
- maintain safe, secure and healthy environment by enforcing safety, food safety and sanitation requirements
- control costs to maximize profitability
- complete inventory periodically
- support in weekly labor scheduling ensuring all shifts are staffed
- assign staff and deployment
- assist in supplier and vendor orders
- conduct self-assessments with action plans
- ensure restaurant budget is met
- manage cash over/short and enforce cash management policies
- engage with Dunkin' Brands Field Operations team as appropriate
- recruit, hire, onboard and develop team members
- assist in performance appraisal process
- coach team members to drive sales, improve profitability and guest satisfaction
