Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in the restaurant industry
- ServSafe food safety training highly recommended
Job Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver's license and proof of valid insurance
- Must be able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week
- Must be available to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Knowledge of restaurant policies, practices, operational and human resources procedures
- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact professionally at all levels
- Knowledge of profit and loss statements
- Ability to implement policies and procedures
- Skilled in employee coaching, counseling and development
- Commitment to improving customer satisfaction
- Knowledge of recruiting and interviewing
- Ability to supervise others
- Conflict resolution skills
- Ability to create and maintain a positive work environment
Job Duties
- Assist Restaurant General Manager in training employees
- Assist in maintaining appropriate staffing and preparing weekly schedules
- Help staff during high volume periods as needed
- Administer all paperwork in a timely manner
- Analyze profit and loss statements and help meet sales plans
- Maintain and record accurate inventory
- Enforce company policies and procedures
- Maintain company operations standards and compliance
- Ensure federal, state and local laws are practiced and enforced
- Maintain clean facility at all times
- Deliver consistent, high quality products daily
- Perform other duties as assigned
