Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent restaurant management experience
- Communication in English required, Spanish comprehension helpful
- Previous fast food management experience
- Knowledge of food and beverage performance metrics
- Technical proficiency in food preparation and safety procedures
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Willingness to learn all restaurant operations
- Ability to display positive attitude
- Ability to treat others with respect

Job Qualifications

- Knowledge of food and beverage performance metrics and management systems
- Technically proficient in food preparation, production, and delivery
- Strong leadership skills including leading by example
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations and work multiple stations
- Ability to display positive attitude and desire to serve others
- Strong communication skills in English and/or Spanish
- Self-motivated and action-oriented
- Attitude that embraces learning
- Prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts
- Reliable transportation to work and company events
- Availability to work varied shifts including weekends, evenings, and holidays
Job Duties
- Demonstrates self-awareness and motivates self and others

- Ensures adherence to brand standards for service, food quality, and safety

- Plans and executes shift operations efficiently, following company guidelines for cost control

- Applies financial understanding to improve decisions and ensure proper cash handling
- Ensures compliance with labor laws and completes administrative duties including staffing and inventory management
- Identifies operational trends and implements action plans for sales growth

- Supports business success hands-on including food preparation, serving guests, and cleaning
- Performs other duties as assigned
