Job Requirements
- 2+ years of management or supervisory experience in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant or bar setting
- Minimum age to serve alcoholic beverages or higher according to local law
- Exceptional leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Strong attention to detail and guest service orientation
- Ability to manage labor, control costs, and maintain inventory
- Effective communication and team mentoring skills
- Commitment to maintaining safety and cleanliness standards
Job Qualifications
- Preferably, you have 2+ years of management or supervisory experience in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant or bar setting
- You are of minimum age to serve alcoholic beverages (or higher, per applicable local law)
- You know what it takes to fuel moments worth sharing and possess exceptional leadership, conflict resolution, attention to detail, and guest service skills
- Proven ability to manage labor, control costs, and maintain inventory
Job Duties
- Take ownership of the restaurant's daily operations, ensuring that all policies, health codes, and Buffalo Wild Wings brand standards for food quality and guest service are consistently upheld
- Directly lead, motivate, and mentor team members on the floor, providing real-time coaching and constructive feedback to cultivate a positive and high-performing workplace
- Assist the General Manager with essential administrative functions, including scheduling, managing inventory counts, controlling costs, and handling daily financial reconciliation and reporting
- Ensure the maintenance of a safe, clean, and professional environment, promptly identifying and resolving operational challenges as they arise
- Maintain a proactive focus on the guest experience, personally resolving any escalated service issues to guarantee a memorable visit for every fan
