Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum two years management experience in a full-service restaurant, catering, healthcare, country club, hotel, or cruise line environment
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- ability to handle resident and guest concerns professionally
