Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of restaurant leadership experience
  • minimum 1 year in full-service restaurant management required
  • high school diploma required
  • experience leading both front of house and back of house teams in a full-service environment
  • strong operational acumen with a sharp focus on food quality and safety
  • comfortable using POS systems and Microsoft Office
  • proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple operational demands

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Direct daily restaurant operations across FOH and BOH
  • maintain exceptional food standards and sanitation compliance
  • control labor, inventory, and cost metrics
  • train, coach, and elevate team performance
  • ensure systems and processes run smoothly
  • support forecasting, scheduling, and financial performance
  • troubleshoot fast and lead with composure
