Job Requirements

  • Meet all physical requirements for roles within the career path, including Assistant Coach, Shift Leader, Kitchen Lead, and Team Member
  • At least 2 years in restaurant management or supervisory role
  • Experience managing and developing 6 or more team members per shift
  • Food Handler or ServSafe certification
  • Availability to work a minimum of 30 hours per week
  • Minimum age 18 years
  • Authorization to work in the United States

  • Familiarity with tech tools and systems used in operations and scheduling

Job Duties

  • Partner with the Head Coach on hiring, onboarding, and training while fostering a culture of trust and recognition
  • Anticipate operational needs and adjust deployment to support smooth operations
  • Provide hands-on coaching and step in during peak times or staffing gaps
  • Uphold high standards for food safety, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance
  • Inspect food quality, check temperatures, and ensure compliance
  • Resolve facility, supply, and quality issues promptly
  • Ensure a clean, hospitable, and brand-aligned guest journey
  • Act on guest experience metrics and make timely business decisions
  • Manage controllable costs and execute schedules
  • Partner with the Head Coach to drive sales and implement strategies
  • Support effective team deployment and expert use of systems
  • Troubleshoot operational issues and prioritize tasks
  • Perform all essential functions outlined in the Shift Leader role, including those from the Kitchen Lead and Team Member roles
