Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous restaurant or retail management experience preferred
- full time availability during all hours of operation including at least one hour pre-opening and post-closing
- valid state driver’s license
- excellent communication skills
- leadership ability with motivation and coaching skills
- ability to stay calm under pressure
- physical ability to perform required tasks including frequent bending, twisting, kneeling, squatting, standing, walking and occasional climbing
- ability to tolerate working in varying temperatures
- ability to lift and carry required weights

Job Duties
- Provides excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner
- coaches and corrects team
- conducts second interviews for team members and shift leads
- maintains a clean restaurant environment by cleaning and performing general housekeeping duties
- assigns shift duties to team members and follows up to ensure completion
- directs team to ensure food items are prepared and served in accordance with brand, company and health department regulations
- coaches team members to follow guidelines for food preparation and production management
- cascades relevant information to team members and assists with new product training
- places campaign materials upon request
- ensures product quality, food safety and operational standards are met
- monitors and ensures accuracy of all cash, sales and inventory control records during shifts
- completes end of shift and end of day paperwork and counts
- communicates discrepancies to immediate supervisor
- in absence of the Restaurant Manager, completes daily, weekly and end of period paperwork including inventory and cash counts and truck orders
- guarantees a safe environment for team members and guests by following government laws and safety codes
- completes reports on incidents following company policies
- partners with Restaurant Manager to ensure financial and operational metrics are met
