Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience working in a guest-facing hospitality role
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Valid work authorization
  • Strong interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience in hospitality management
  • Strong knowledge of wine, food, and beverage service
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to coach and develop staff
  • Experience with inventory and labor cost management
  • Ability to handle guest relations professionally

Job Duties

  • Coordinate front of house and back of house daily operations
  • Plan, organize, and direct staff and resources for efficient food and beverage service
  • Write weekly staff schedules
  • Order beer and spirits
  • Be present on the floor during service
  • Assist with hiring, training, and planning
  • Ensure all CHG standards are upheld or exceeded
