Job Requirements
- Must be able to work 40 hours a week
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older (RVP approval may allow for hiring at the age permitted by local law)
- Minimum of one year experience managing people, preferably in the food service industry or experience as an Opening Coordinator for at least six months
- Must be able to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds
- Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during shift
- Ability to work in environment with flashing lights, moving mechanical parts, loud noise, and extreme temperature conditions
- Successful completion of background check

Job Duties
- Make daily decisions involving time management, staff scheduling, cleanliness and upholding product and guest service standards
- Build sales and maximize profits by recruiting, training, developing and motivating the team
- Coach and inspire the team to deliver outstanding guest service and ensure a safe, clean, and run environment
- Understand cost control procedures, inventory, financials, and labor management
- Take ownership of an Area of Impact (AOI) and complete rotations through the Kitchen, Sales, Showroom, and Gameroom
- Manage product ordering, food safety, scheduling, and cooking in the Kitchen
- Oversee sales results, inventory, ordering, and quality assurance in Sales
- Lead birthday party execution and planning in the Showroom
- Partner with Technical Manager to maintain games and equipment in the Gameroom
